About My Work in Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League
I joined the team late in the development proccess, so my main role was to maintaind and debug existing systems.
During the project I had to move between several combat related systems, learning how they work to debug and fix issues on them, and ultimately, become their owner.
This is a list of the systems I worked on:
- Projectiles
- VFX
- Player Shield
- Enemy mesh damage
- Combat flairs
- Combat combo
- Squad ultimate
- Critical counter
- Weapons
- Ammunition
- Damage
- Audio
- VFX
- Damage Pipeline
- Pickups
Additionally, I designed, pitched and implemented a multigroup based combo feed, replacing the existing unique group system
